Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold by The Art of Tattooing are digital downloads (eBooks). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds or returns are accepted once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

Why we don't offer refunds

Digital products are instantly accessible after purchase. Because the content cannot be "returned" like a physical product, we are unable to offer refunds once delivery has been made.

Exceptions

We will only consider a refund in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• The file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement
